In response to Lichnowsky's comment: Here is what I have found regarding the silver overlay vase with the correct wheel cut Loetz mark.
Pic 1 is the silver overlay vase with another example showing the underlying chevron pattern.
Pic 2 is a collection of chevron( as I have come to call it) pattern vases, overlaid with a crackle decor, various sizes, shapes and colors.
Pic 3 is a vase of same shape in a commonly attributed Kralik decor "Honeycomb in Panel".
Pic 4 is a the original vase with the Loetz signature
I was not able to compare the purple vase and the silver overlay vase in hand but I think the shape is pretty close to exact.

I think that both the crackle vase, and also the Honeycomb Panel example are the same shape as your overlay example. We see small variations in forms which is normal. These can be attributed to small variations in different molds, and can also be caused by variations in a mold from use over time. Most of these molds were carved wood which were susceptible to wear from the heat and steam from use.

I agree with the assessment that these are most probably Kralik production. As far as the signature goes on the overlay piece, it is simply a good reminder that the answers to attributions are found in the glass, and not in signatures. A signature can be a good indicator, but the glass will always speak the loudest and the truest.
