Is it antique? Can anyone tell me what the stamp means? Its a bowl with a cover. Thank you

Looks new. Probably an emperor mark. Lists of them on the Internet. In most cases the porcelain isn't from the time of the emperor, but much newer.

this is a rather sophisticated fake, they want to represent tongzhi, guangxu, this is not a bad vase , but probably early republic period
