SOLVED: I got excited at first but within hours realized this is a forgery or reproduction of the original with exception of the man's shoe and umbrella. This painting is a quality reproduction and done about the same time as the original. I say this because of the back still being sealed in the original frame. I will refrain from opening it for now.
