I searched on the web, but I don't see any like it. I do not see any signs of an alarm, so I'm thinking it was a company office desk clock, maybe a employee longevity award, or maybe a clock on a writing desk in a state room on a ship. Anyone have any info?

I think this is a promotional piece may to resemble a ships chronograph.

There are several New Haven models which look similar to yours. What are the clock's dimensions?
