Great little owls!!
Owls are cool....
These are so cool- I can't get over just how detailed the little owl brooch is and its lovely stargazing huge blue eyes! The eyes are perfect on both owls- you can imagine the two of them sitting serenely on a branch on a full moon night staring at the moon and it's light causing their pupils to dilate so massively like this!
Jenni, love the owl brooch! So detailed and very pretty.
What a fun way to present your owl post. Very ingenious and attractive. Thanks for posting Jenni.
Thanks so much everyone for the love

Thanks for the nice comment Scott, I am so glad you liked my owl duo & really appreciate it
Ken thank you very much for the kind compliment, I hoped you would like this Jomaz owl, it's rather large & heavy but they really put a lot into the design
Thank you Ted for the super comment, I think owls are cool too and they seem to be a favorite animal subject in both glass & jewelry
Eileen I know you are a fan of the horned owl jewelry as this one must come second to your lovely Trifari, and am totally grateful for your warm compliments, agree Jomaz went all out on this design. That is so cute your grandson calls out to the real ones & they respond, that is the wonderful thing about animals, if you try to mimic them they often "answer" you (I can't whistle too well but when I recognize a bird call that I know like a chickadee, I try to mimic it & they often respond, it's fun). I did not know the owl's skull doesn't move so the outer part can turn so well, great to learn that thank you!
You are right Lauren, they both have huge eyes and it is a super image of them staring at the full moon! I like the fact that owls always seem unafraid in the forests, they sit on branches watching over everything. Love your great comment & so glad you liked these two
Thanks MrsT that you loved the Jomaz brooch, it is probably my fave owl brooch of mine, it's definitely my best Jomaz piece & really appreciate the nice compliment
Thank you very much Lisa for your lovely comment, I do a "combo" post with a jewelry piece & glass animal every so often as I like to enhance them, and it's fun to find a complementary animal of each medium when I can find them - really glad you liked this pair :)
Many thanks jb for the love and support, I am really pleased you enjoyed my owl duo here
