Art Nouveau iridescent spatter glass vase

This simple & elegant Art Nouveau vase is made from two layers of cased glass, with a bottom up spatter in light green. It has an iridescent finish & the glass itself is opalescent, giving the piece a pearly appearance. It measures 20.5 cm tall, 4.6 cm across the cut top rim, & 6 cm across the base, which does not have a pontil mark.
Any thoughts on a maker are most welcome...I suppose it is most likely of Bohemian origin.
