      This is Chinese and quite nice.

      IMO the chinese reads Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi

      although the Qianjiangcai ( gold rim ) we are not committed to fin de siecle

      can,t trace on Qianding = red seal

      we probably might trace it on overglazing of the mark and the dilution mark

      tends to late Republic period in stead of fin de siecle
