Newly Acquired Wooden Cane w/Antler & Silver-works

I am curious if anyone out there might know the maker of this cane or just recongizies the language of the maker. Maybe somebody will know. This cane is just over 34" tall with Antler handle that has extensive silver work applied to surfaces on the antler. Amazing work and I'd love to know who did this. Thank you, PeterPeter
