I really like these four Closer Look Necklaces, and Bracelets! :^D The top Necklace I think is an older unmarked Native American Indian piece, the pendent looks to be Silver and Turquoise, but it is attracted to a very strong magnet, so not Sterling, and it's part of the Necklace, but may have been put together at a later date, the Beads look to be Copper, and Pottery mixed, strung on a fine rubber coated steel cable, with a Copper hook clasp. Help on this, because I've never seen one like it before! The bottom Necklace, has a Celtic Knot look, the Chain hook clasp, is marked Mexico, but the Hand Cast Pendent, has a mark on the front top, and back near the bottom, and I don't know what they are for(I will post a close up), the Chain and Pendent, may not be connected, just put together as a Necklace!
The woven Tri-metal, Bracelet, is marked on the inside at the end, CII .925 MEXICO, and looks to be three thicker bands of 925 Sterling Silver, with a band of Brass, and a band of Copper, woven together with Silver Wire, it has a very nice look! The spring hinged clip Bracelet, is Silver non-magnetic metal, and unmarked, it has a nice look, and to me, wearable by either a Man or Woman! :^D
I will do a quick post of enlargements of the marks on the Celtic Knot look Pendent, to try and figure out what they stand for!

Thank you all for stopping by for a Closer Look at my Jewelry, and any comments, information, or questions on any of the Jewelry in all three posts, I appreciate, and will try to help with! :^)

I think the pendant may be pewter? The cuff and the bangle are beeeeeeeautiful!

Thanks Gillian, I don't know, for how thin it is, it's not very flexible, if it was Pewter, it would bend, or crush, but it does have that crude casting that Pewter has a lot. It might be a very old cast silver piece though, or made to look that way! I really like both the Bracelets, either could be dressed up, or down! :^D

Hey Brian, thanks for the love! :^)

The turquoise piece may be what is called Tibet Silver. It is made up with a bit of silver and just about anything else that is a white metal thrown in, basicly. These things are made in China and are killing the market for Native American artists and antiques. The chain on your Celtic piece is very nice. I could have not seen the mark on the Celtic piece yet to give you an opinion on it. The weave bracelet is quite nice and so is the other one. Just test it for metal purity. A lot of silversmiths in Mexico did not mark their designs. It looks like a Mexico design. Hope this helps some.

Thanks for your comment Silverwolf, I just commented on another Members post, that had been suggested their piece was Tibet Silver, and gave them a link with information about it! I have a Closer look at both Necklaces, and the one that I called Celtic Look, is an Egyptian piece, and Kevin(vetraio50) gave a link to the marks on that piece. :^D
Thank you for looking, and the love that you gave also! :^)
