Cool piece! I don't know if I’ve ever seen an animal piece by Josef like this. I have several of the girl figurines
Awh he's gorgeous! He's the prettiest llama statue I've ever seen- so sleek and snowy looking! And the little tilt of his head is perfect too! His little downward glance too make him look so sassy as if he's trotting away from the herder/shepherd who's about to shear him thinking 'nuh-uh, this wool is MINE!'
He or her is to cute that looks like it’s ready for playtime.

Eileen that is so wonderful your grandson is enjoying a book about llamas, they seem to be a trendy animal right now, the stores are full of llama toys & art work, I always wonder why they weren't a "discovered" animal in vintage glass, I have been looking! Great compliments as always, thank you :)

I think it is just wonderful that you have real ones nearby, and so glad to hear the one is all better after that dog attack - whatever would possess a dog to bother one of these gentle creatures I'll never understand.
