    Here is a card table that belonged to my grandparents. I have tried to find some info on it but there is no information on the back or the base.

      You have a wonderful example of what is typically called folk marquetry.

      Apparently these objects were not mass produced but were created by individuals, often anonymously.

      I love this stuff and have previously posted something on this topic. See:
