This is a favorite item in my house. It’s an old cast iron and porcelain kitchen sink with drain board made in USA by Standard Sanitary Mfg Co on 11-17-28.
It measures 42” by 20.5”. The basin is 6” deep.

My dad bought this from a junk collector who had it on his truck headed to a scrap yard.
I had it refinished then installed it in my house as a bathroom sink.
It was missing it’s hardware when he bought it.
The faucet I installed is probably not consistent with the 1928 version.
I found 2 cast iron soap dishes at a junk store; were refinished along with the sink. They would have held bar soap but I keep bottles of liquid soap and hand sanitizer in them.

I applied stick-on Velcro to the underside of the sink edge so I could apply a shirt I made for it.

The 2 cast iron brackets came with the sink, amazingly! Things like that were usually lost.
I did not install the iron brackets since the sink is supported here by brackets of 2X4 at each side. The iron brackets would have held the sink from the back edge.
I keep the brackets stored under the sink: I don’t want to be the one who loses them after 91 years!!

This is my guest bathroom sink - it always generates conversation! :^D

    Thanks for looking!

This is so awesome!! I have a old cast iron farmhouse sink in my man cave. It originally was in an old house that my 2nd great aunt and uncle lived in when they were first married. I don't know how old it is, but I'd say at least 100 years.

Check the bottom for info molded into it when the iron was poured. This sink and my old claw foot tub have dates of manufacture.
It’s cool that yours is in your man cave!! All the other cave dwellers are probably envious!
