Here is a large 4"L aristocratic white rhinestone cat brooch with movable tail, green eyes, jet black ears/nose, and pink rhinestone collar on goldtone. The graphic design is reminiscent of Dorothy Bauer or Butler & Wilson pieces but this cat is unsigned, ca 1980s

This is a very fabulous cat, she seems to me like she's a very pampered and rather spoiled looking pet :P
She reminds me of that black greyhound or whippet(maybe?) brooch you had a while back- what I mean by that is she wouldn't look out of place beside one of those art-deco ladies painted by the artist Erte. And her movable tail is such a nice touch I can just imagine her swishing it back and forward impatiently demanding attention!

Stop @ a yardsale today and there was this spunky 74 old gal there had one of those funky bald cats.. She had pinkish green blue hair ...lol I ask what she did for work .. well she said I n worke at NSA for the gov and worked on some crazy stuff for them to send in to space and it was all top secert,,, then I ask what she did for fun ... ride my bike she said .. I said a moped ...she smiled and said no A 2017 harley sportster.I smiled thinking she pulling my leg ..then she told me she trade in he goldwing on it cause it was getting to heavy to lift,....I thinking na she only about 100 lbs soaking wet ,,...lol then she said you want to see the bike ..I would love to ,.. she pop the grarge door open and there was the bike ...lol I told her she was a rebel//...love you kitty jenni.. '-))

Bill it's true this is a humongous cat brooch, I am a petite woman and it is very prominent & stands out whatever garment I put it on, then the swishing tail comes alive lol. Maybe your Peaches Nemesis post got me thinking of cats & inspired this post, thank you for that & the kind compliments + love which are truly appreciated
