It just didn't dock too well ! At least I got my new bike. It was disguised as a Rasta punk bike to avoid duties. (We have none) . The last pic is after we spent 1 1/2 days unwrapping it. Now I have a 2nd bike, since I have heart trouble & live on a hill that I can't climb. (Well, maybe once before I don't need either !!)
That is a cool photo of half sunk ship ! Now that is not same bike lol . What a gorgeous view you have . You are truly livin' the dream bb2 xo
Ah Mani, you caught me twice ! Have to watch you in the future ! Actually, that "galleon" thing, went down in our lagoon during hurricane Irma (We got the eye with 220 mph gusts) & was raised. (Guess Irma blew all the paint off !). She sat in the lagoon for a long time before being moved & sank again. (pic 2). Raised again & now is in the lagoon off the well known Princess Juliana airport. (pic 1). HMS Elevator ! LOL. 800+ boats were sunken during Irma (Luis in 1995 sank 1,000+) and the wrecks are being taken out and sunken as an artificial reef for fish & divers. OK, I juggled the chronology around a bit. You have to remember that you are dealing with an islander trying to put together departure tax & doesn't have a clue as to where to go ! LOL ! You know my BS. Shot the Rasta bike at a Jamaican style bar while slumming. Thought it all made a good BS story !
You're living the dream bb2! Hope all is well and good on the island.
Ain't bad Daddy, but the "Rock" is getting smaller since Irma blew my business away and I haven't anything productive to do.
It's a little 180cc Indian. Well, it's made in India and how much more Indian can you get ? Baja-Pulsar. Better top end than my Honda Rebel & if you use the faster rpm jump, I'm can sure sure beat the 250cc in short runs. My Indian gets to do what I bought it for tomorrow, taking my rear wheel to get the flat fixed that I had tonite. been riding 61 yrs. now.
He probably has the scars to prove it like I do. LOL
Did you live on this boat before the storm...?
Mon, me no live on no boat ! They're to much like living in a trailer. When sailing and we reach a port, I get a hotel room. Get away from that itchy salt !
i didn't know that your business blew away in Irma BB2. i'm really sorry to hear it and hope you are able to recoup your mojo soon!
i kind of like the rasta bike!
Ho2, I can't work anyway after the heart attack, so it doesn't really matter. Have a tiny Suisse-German= Canadian for my brownie tour tomorrow, so maybe she can finish me off. No desire to die with my boots on, but in the saddle has some appeal. LOL !!
