Vintage Scott Paper Towel Holder Sea Foam Green

Just picked this up at the Long Beach Antique Market. I had a vintage paper towel holder made by Acme but I like the color on this one. The Acme one is now in the downstairs bathroom. And yes there was a an Acme company.
Now as to the exciting Scott Paper Towel holder. There was a plastic one sold in the 1960s but this one is metal. My just by looking at it method says 1950s. Please note this is a complete and total guess.
The thing I really like about this is that it has soul. Had soul and rust, I removed the rust but kept the soul.
