This is a Loetz tango vase about 8” with a random sprinkling of colored glass pebbles or beads. The effect of black glass makes the bits of color more dramatic. The red rim is fun but I’m wondering why they didn’t use red in the ball of the foot. Marked oval Loetz in a popular shape of that era, I’m thinking 1925-1935. I have seen the black tango with red applications but not with the multicolor beads
