Vases with this treatment are sometimes referred to as the product of the French glassworks Legras. I think there is enough argument that this is an early production of the Loetz glassworks from the period 1885-1895. The color of the glass "Resedagrün" and further painted decor marked with gold in the bottom (typical markings used by Loetz).
