If anyone knows a maker on this jug or a date I’d appreciate it. Personally I love the wear and crazing on it, and the cobalt blue glaze. It is very heavy. Clay bottom is a dark beige almost grey.

Agree that it is a Rebecca jug. Are there any makers or writing on bottom? There are many Seagrove and more potters.

      No markings just some scraping

I'll add a picture of the bottom

I don’t know, there is a Just North Carolina Pottery page on Facebook, someone there might have an idea. It’s a pretty piece. My sister has a large Rebecca vase that is older and worth some money. Good luck

A size may help, and a straight on photo to see the shape, instead of the more overhead shot. :^D Nice Jug though, wish I could help! Thanks for showing! :^)

I’ll check out the Facebook group the size is 9 inches tall without the handle and 11.5 inches including the handle, and it is about 5.5 inches wide at the widest area, 3.5 inches wide at the base and 2.5 inches wide at the spout.
