Thomas Day Dresser federal empire,chest crotch,flame mahogany, 1825. In mint condition with original hardware one of Thomas days best in show. It's a beautiful piece.

Nice empire dresser!

Suspect that close inspection will show that the top brasses are a replacement of wood pulls. A photo of the inside of the drawer/ back of the pulls would confirm/ deny my speculation.

How is the dresser attributed? A photo of the signature would be great to see as well.
