Finished another restore project that has been gathering dust for quite a while. It's a Hubley #502 Lumber Truck, cataloged 1950. It's the same color '48 GMC cab and flatbed that came in the #500 Tractor Trailer(3 in 1) '48-'49 set except the #500 set had stake sides and logs(in the last 2 pics). Hubley just made one set red with just logs/lumber and another set orange #503 Stake Truck with just the stake sides. The red flat beds are pretty common, but the orange stake truck is HTF in decent shape. I now have 12 out of the 15 500/510 series tractor trailer sets either restored or in displayable condition. Two of these sets have the harder to find diesel cabs and the scarcer 12" log trailer. So it might take me a while to complete the series. I'll try to take group photo, it's hard to find room to put them all together for a shot.

That's a big 10-4 Purvis, don't get behind that hog hauler fer sure. 'Preciate that modulation, we're down, we're gone.
