Hello everyone!!
This is my set of Armour Bronze bookends. They're bronze clad and were made in 1939. They are simply titled "Peek-A-Boo". The artist signature "A. Johnson" is embossed on the backside of each. As you'll see in pic #4, the Armour Bronze label, though severely faded, is still intact.
These were issued in monochrome (all over gold in color) and polychrome painted (pictured above). The polychrome painted versions are more rare than the monochrome version, which make the polychrome painted version much more valuable than the monochrome version. These are fairly heavy and measure 6" tall and 5" wide.
Thanks very much for taking the time to stop in for a look!!

Adorable playful babies, what a great addition to your outstanding bronze bookend collection, love them!
Thank you Jenni!! Even though they're only bronze clad, I too love these.
