My Own Scottish Highland Lad, an AM 390

Hello! I'm just taking a moment to show off my newest little guy. He's a Armand Marseille 390 bisque head doll. Composition body, ball jointed at elbows and knees. His arms are strung quite nicely, and He's able to hold a pose. Too cool! He's sporting a sash with a metal pin. Tartan all around. He has his traditional sporran with a tiny metal medallion with horsehair adorns it. So does a small crepe paper flower that somehow managed to remain undamaged for about 100 years. In the last photo is a girl doll by the same maker and same mold number. It's funny how different they are Just because each each doll was hand painted by a different person. She's my fixer upper. She's also my highlander 's crazy half sister :)
