Funky cast iron bell

Unsolved mystery items13983 of 96532Vintage silver ring I guess these are called funky vintage amber plates. Any clue I give up?

    This bell is all cast iron. It has 3 square headed bolts. It looks like the bell faces down. The bell sound sweet even with all the pitting. What did it go to? Sorry the pictures loaded upside down.
