    Maker on bottom blue cobalt on white beautiful design. I think it is a candleholder design is of buddha art with birds flowers and lotus. Any info will help thanks for viewing.

      qianlong combination from a strange place , an addition outside the double open and the sappire blue is off late macao , maybe hongkong 1970- and further on
