This is a Small Limoges France Porcelain Bowl with three Ball feet. The 5"Dia. White glazed Bowl is Hand Painted around the outside with Pansy Flowers and Leaves, including Gold Leaf, through the design, around the Rim of the Bowl, and the Ball Feet. and there's an iridescence to the White interior. The Bowl is 1 5/8"high including the 3/8" Ball Feet, and is marked with a Black under glaze Ink stamp
T & V-over-Limoges-over-France, off center on the underside. I did a little image search for a similar Bowl, but couldn't find anything!
