This is the 2nd of two beautiful blue and brown clay or stoneware items I purchased together. I love them and am very impressed with both design and quality. This piece is a 6" bowl with swirl design and unique raised round ornate seal. Signature looks like first name begins with Les and then has an N for last name. Help is appreciated in identifying artist.

It looks like Leslie N., but I couldn't find anything by the name!
This might be an oil bowl for massage or bread dipping, and the other long tray looks like an stick incense burning tray. Just my thoughts! Thanks for showing. good luck! :^)

Oh my, you are so right with the medallions, color etc. I have never seen it before that I recall. There's is white ceramic and mine in stoneware though. Thank you so much for your help.
