Welz Life Light..... small oil lamp using a floating wick

This life light is in the commonest of Welz spatter décors but unusually has a sort of double foot without rigaree. The rigaree around the top is three leaves down and three leaves up. This down/up style can appear as 1,2,3 and even 4 leaves down and up. This one is wider and may be of the type wide enough for a specific insert. I have one other wide enough for the insert and if I can find an image I'll add it.
