Mystery - Trash Or Teasures? Heavy 3+ Pound Glass 11" Bowl With Etched Fish Design Signed Etched "K"-Please Help

Just got this at Goodwill (my fave store). It is an 11" wide shallow glass bowl with an etched fish design on front. Weighs over 3 pounds. Signed with a very small engraved K. I found one glass item sold on Ebay signed the same for $62 but it had no information on signature or artist. Any help is appreciated.
