Help with unknown small milk pitcher

Hi everyone. This, like the other, larger one I posted recently, has a rather simple pattern of "inverted diamond blocks"??. It also does not react to UV light but has a classic shear mark on the inside base/bottom. Not sure if it's EAPG or not....possibly made by Anchor Hocking as well? Please help! Thanks everyone.
