    antiquesar…
    (136 items)

I found this at a yard sale for $1 and loved it. I remembered that my grandmother had one that was her grandmother's. I'm thinking it's a salesman's sample, though I suppose it could be anything. If anybody has something similar or knows what this is, PLEASE help me out.

I couldn't choose a category to put it in so I chose, General (Multi-Category).

The front door says CRESCENT in gold paint. The back says TAIWAN.

I agree that it is neat, I have one to, however it is not an antique. It was probably made within the past 20 years. When I found mine I looked them up on eBay, and I think there were 1/2 a dozen listed on ebay. 1 dollar is a good price, especially since it brings back memories.

my mom has one of these and it has to be at least 50 years old. my sisters played with it as kids and that was about 4o years ago. It was old then. -Brian

Thanks for the comments. When I saw the TAIWAN, I also thought that this wasn't that old. But again, still neat for $1.

That's what I was thinking AR8Jason. I knew that it was missing two burner covers and pots and pans. Though there must be some older ones, from the 1940's or before, like my grandmother's. Thanks for the comment though, I'm thinking this is one from the '80's.

I bought this little stove new in the box as a young girl in early 70’s (even though it was produced in the 50’s). Doesn’t have Taiwan stamped on the back... otherwise, looks the same.
