Someone at work gave me this doll that was passed down to them from their grandmother.
They had no info on it and have since left the company.
I just wanted to learn more about her.
She has on what appears to be unoriginal clothing.
She does not have a voice box or anything like that. However, she does appear to have a metal like tube between her legs (strange).
She rattles like something is loose inside.
Hair has been cut assumable by a child like most did.
Otherwise she seems to be in OK shape.
There is a stamp on her neck EEGEE 1961.
I would simply like to know more about the doll.
Your doll is Walker that is what metal rod is you see. If it is not broke when you move her legs back and forth her head should turn. She is called a toddler walker doll . Their hair was short and became very stiff like yours . I don't think her hair was cut . I would put conditioner on it . A Fabric conditioner since it is not real hair . I believe she was a doll competing with Saucy Walker doll . How tall is she ? 28 Inch ?
Hi Manikin, sorry for the delay in response I was on vacation and she stays in my office. Yes she is about 28 inches tall. She may be broken because when I move her legs her head doesn't move with them. And thank you for the hair tip.
