"Alert" by Jon de Roncourt, 1930-33

This is a huge sculpture by Jon de Roncourt, it features a man in an animal skin loin cloth checking out the lay of the land. The sculpture is plated bronze on a black onyx base. It is 22" tall, 17.5 in length, and 6.5 in depth and weighs in at about 35 lbs and absolutely stunning in person.
