Someone please save me from another 8 hours of searching for these and coming up empty-handed. Yes I very much don't like it when I can't figure something like this out haha
All I can tell you is that this style of jewelry was originally Victorian and had a name called 'taille d'epargne', French for a type of engraving on metal and then decorated with black enamel for motifs on the multi surface ornate jewelry brooches, earrings, bracelet etc. Often either in gold or rolled gold.
Your's seem to be inspired by this style, but in a less expensive fabrication, the mark is not known, and the finished metal is not evident as what kind it is. Here are some genuine examples, you will note the similarities and the differences:
