This is a nice ashtray that is marked "Goudeville Limoges Made In France".
It is in the shape of his hat and looks like an ash tray.

      Ms.CrystalShip, and Newfld...thank you.
I have only cleaned out one house. I am a starving Arborist and during the slow season, like now, we take on any job that we can get. The house I cleaned was owned and sold by the families of 2 old men. They sold the house with contents. The deal I made was to completely clean out the (filthy) house if I can keep what was left of the contents. They already took most of the obvious valuable content out before I got there but the house and garage was still FULL. We had two weekends of open house estate sale and I have tons left over that I picked off the top. I am still opening boxes months later to find stuff that I did not see before.
The brass antique picture frame in the background of the photo is something that I was fortunate to have won on Ebay some years ago (for the ornate frame). I was just pulling together some of the Napoleon stuff that I have now collected. Thanks again for the help and "love".

Ms.CrystalShip that was fine, what you said about him. It actually made me do some reading. I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to catch up on some history. You are right too about them being hoarders and I am glad that they were so I have the pleasure of picking through their hoard.
