    Issued on August 12th, 1938 by Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for travel to Turkey. Passport contains interesting visas (low numbered service visa issued by Turkish Legation in Warsaw). Most of Polish officials had ordinary dark-blue passports with stamp on its first page as "Sluzbowy-Service", so that kind of document is not that common.
