This form, with six handles drawn from the vessel body, is attributed to Austrian designer Jutta Sika (a former student of Kolo Moser at the School of Applied Arts) in Loetz Bohemian Glass 1880-1940 (Cantz). The decor, a rosalin colored glass spreading to Olympia, has also been used on forms designed by Kolo Moser. The size is a little over 3" tall and about 6" wide.
