This is such a cute and happy looking little creature! I adore his deep brown, definitely makes him look like a real hedgehog, and in particular his longish nose adds to his inquisitive look. We used to have one who'd sneak into our shed at night and steal our dog's food, I remember him rolling up in a ball when caught in the act! :P

Thanks so much rene for the wonderful comment, I have seen the Janku hedgehog and it is beautiful, very good comparison

Appreciate the great comment Nicefice, I think "hedgies" are pretty cool also & they make great glass subjects

Ken thank you for the lovely compliments as always, one thing about the Paul Hoff series is the varied glass colors, and many of them were the natural shade of the animal

Thanks Pascale for the sweet compliment, I think this guy has an adorable face he just looks like a little forager

Thanks MrsT and Karen for seeing the cute factor here, super compliments and I'm always grateful for your thoughtfulness

Lauren thank you for the fab compliments and great story about the real one it has me smiling - I can just picture him rolling himself into a ball when you caught him lol! And yes, doesn't the woodsy brown color make him look real, I have only seen hedgies on TV docs and would love to see a real one

Thanks Penny for the great comment and love, how well I understand that cute animals can be destructive in the garden, had an adorable pet white rabbit as a child that chewed thru every plant lol - you see those sweet faces & think, how bad can they be, and the answer is VERY! Much safer to have the glass version :)
