Help For Identifying A Posible Belgium Art Pottery Handled Green and Burgundy Vase

I rotated the photo of the bottom of the vase, enlarged, tinted and marked the oval area that BELGIUM is spelled out.

Here's a link to a Belgium pottery vase to show similar bottom marks but I could not find the mark in an oval:
