    I rotated the photo of the bottom of the vase, enlarged, tinted and marked the oval area that BELGIUM is spelled out.

    Here's a link to a Belgium pottery vase to show similar bottom marks but I could not find the mark in an oval:

      It might say Made In at the top of the Oval and then BELGIUM at the bottom! :^D
