I recently posted a cartridge tool so staying with the same theme, here is another one. The notches in the arm allow the old cap to be pushed out and a new one to be pushed in. The flared end helps guide the contents into the cartridge and then the pin for decapping can be threaded off and the shorter tube for closing the end can be threaded into place.
Not ready to give up my RCBS yet. LOL. Had an old handloading once. It would do in a pinch.
Thanks for commenting Blunderbuss2. My uncle used to load his own cartridges, still have a jar of lead shot belonging to him.
