this is around 3 ft across and very heavy. Parts of it appear to be hand-forged. it's very rusty, but still balances. i'm sure that i'll use it to hang planters with plants. it's pretty cool.

Put "butcher's gambrel" into your search engine. It is used to hoist a carcass for butchering. Looks like one of those.
