Antique Huddleston Deep Frying? Thermometer

Thanks AnythingOb for your post!! Got me looking more closely at this thermometer hanging in the kitchen for over 35 years. Wife loved to display old kitchen Stuff around!! Goes up to 400 degrees. Made by Huddleston Co. Boston. Looking online found that Winlock and Huddleston's Psychrometer is in the Smithsonian Museum. I like that Dust collector a lot more now!! I'll put up another interesting dust collecting thermometer soon!!
