I recently found this sewing machine amongst my Mum's belongings and would appreciate any information such as age and style.

I think that is the serial # for the motor. The actual serial number may be on the underside.

Underneath it has Simanco 45211. There is also a number on a metal plate EJ 437126

1953 Model 201K. The EJ number is the serial number.
