    This is a well made base with a cast iron ring to weight the base down. The wheel ha 4 tabs on it that may have been used to hold a sign or something.

      A carnival game of chance wheel??? Missing piece in front ??what the game was??? and what you won or lost when the wheel stops on an arrow???
