Oh I just love trunks. We recently finished this beautiful Oak Slat - my first time ever working on an oak slat, and in my 25 years of collecting and refinishing trunks, I have only had 5 come into my life. The other beauty here is a Vanderman Tool Chest, heavy as a stack of bricks - but wow, I love it. Taking the paint off the slats was a mess, but the wood is so pretty!! Love the size too. Realized I hadn't posted here in some time. Hope all my fellow trunkers are doing well. Peace! Kaye
