We returned home yesterday after attending the funeral for my Grandmother. She lived a full life and passed at the age of 86. She was a country gal, loved helping people, loved farm life, animals and was one of the strongest and most gracious women that I have ever known. It is because of her that I have a love for jewelry and antiques items. She gave me pieces when I was smaller and the collection started. I will miss her but know that she is in a better place, because she was a believer in Jesus.

My deepest condolences to you MrsT on losing your beloved grandmother, from the photos she looked like a lovely happy person (as mine was, and these old photos help keep them close to our hearts). Be comforted in the fact she lived a good long life and her strong faith has her right up there in heaven now

I remember my grandmother well she was so missed by us. She talked very little but I seen her often which I would not have changed. The pics are wonderful and see if I can have fun with the second.
