Cameo vase in the style of Gallé by Glasraffinerie Friedrich Pietsch Steinschönau, circa 1905-1910. The dimensions of the vase are 13 x 14 x 10.1 cm. The glass was made in my opinion by glassworks W. Kralik or Riedel, but also maybe Loetz (although I did not find any mention of Loetz production for F. Pietsch in the available literature).

Beautiful piece Ales. I'm curious why you wouldn't consider it either a glass school piece or even perhaps made by Harrach. Harrach did make a fair bit of similar cameo, but it's not found in the wild very often. There's several pieces, including lamp shades in their museum depository that would lead me to consider them as a potential maker as well.

Whoever did it, it's a great find!

I agree - glass can also be from Harrach. But it reminds me more of color combinations from Kralik, Loetz or Riedel.
