I love the colour this bottle turned!
Hope everyone is keeping healthy and safe. We will get through this.
I was told this bottle was dug up at a site of the Expo 86 grounds in B.C.

Do you think it was Irradiated? Never seen one turn that color from the process. could be natural color. Great bottle none the less!

Thanks iggy! The "irradiated" thing sounds familiar, but not sure exactly. I do believe that there is science behind it. I have seen this colour before but never within my reach. Hoping a bottle expert will advise.

'Irradiatied' means to artificially with the use of certain kind of uv rays, to alter the color of a botle. Some people do this intentionally to try and sell them for an outragous amount of money. Stating that it is a rare color of glass. but your color I think is natural to the bottle. Most common 'fake' color is purple. If left out in the sun for yrs a clear bottle will change to light purple though.
