I havent been able to find much information about this figurine. There are many hagenauer pieces that are not as hard to find. Im having trouble gathering info on this piece. Can anyone help?

In 2019 in Elkhart, IN USA I was vacuuming out the air ducts of my home of five years and I found this very strange figurine when it was sucked up by my vacuum. Very strange for sure if you find one of these and dont know anything about them. It could be a Rohac but its whw marked. it might be fake. or it might be rare. I dont know. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

But not much info, could the tail on yours been repaired, or wrapped around, instead of up and over the top of its head? Thanks for showing, and good luck, someone may be able to help more! :^)
