This is from a publication called "China & Glassware 1930" put out by Antiques Research Publications of Mentone, Alabama. I acquired it sometime in the 1990s. It contains a Butler Brothers ad (I'm guessing, but apparently by comparison) from the 1931 Fall catalog. This ad is not in my copy of the WVMAG monograph.

This does seem to suggest that BB purchased from at least two, maybe several, suppliers.

Very nice rendition of this ad, many years of use here on CW, I think Alfredo had one. Don't know where it originated, but your explanation makes sense, a single ad with a trade publication.

I agree, probably several producers, but I think a large segment are Kralik, as I found several actual glass pieces in their decors. Such as this odd shaped item:

      Thanks for posting it.

Although there are many pieces in the upper portion of the ad that are not solidly identified as to maker, the lower left ad is all Welz, and the lower right is all Kralik. Many of the pieces in the upper portion are seen in various Butler ads in the WVMAG monograph reflecting what appears to be a smaller assortment of the same production.

I was comparing the two publications and realized this page only produced once. The bottom two panels make it pretty clear that BB bought from Kralik and Welz, The upper section makes me think there may have been more suppliers involved.
Also, production value of the printing is a bit nicer in this publication. The items look more like half-tone photo reproductions and less like line drawings.

What I really love about the quality of the printed add is that we can see details now, that were not obvious, such as textured decor and the innovative glass applications.
      Such as this piece:
